Michael specialises in a wide range of commercial and residential contentious property issues.
In respect of commercial landlord and tenant disputes he has experience in acting for both landlords and tenants in opposed and unopposed 1954 Act lease renewals and advising on forfeiture, rent and service charge arrears and dilapidations.
Michael regularly advises clients on property related insolvency issues and on the validity of break notices. His matters also include possession proceedings (including action against trespassers), serving property notices and advising on breaches of covenant such as alienation and user provisions.
He acts for a range of clients including commercial and residential landlords and tenants, developers and not for profit organisations.
