Amy Utley




Amy Utley joined Charles Russell Speechlys' London Office in February 2016. She focuses on corporate law and her experience at the firm to date has included M&A and private equity.

Amy’s previous experience includes funds, capital markets and aviation finance. She has also advised clients on FCA regulatory matters including authorization, variation of permission applications and regulation under the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive.

Having previously worked as a Know How Paralegal in the area of financial services regulation, Amy took the lead role in organising client seminars and was responsible for the development and running of client websites on the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive and UK regulatory reform. She also prepared client briefing notes and press releases, as well as writing articles for the FT Adviser and Complinet.
