Erica deals with all areas of family law, particularly with complex ancillary relief cases including many involving offshore tax and trust structures. She also deals with private Children Act work.
She acted for Lady Conran against Sir Terence in 1997 and achieved the highest reported award at that time. Recently, she acted for Lady Judge in her application to the Court of Appeal to set aside judgement on the basis of mistake, non disclosure and an intervening (a Barder) event.
Erica has also been involved in a number of high profile although unreported cases, including one of the largest Schedule 1 cases to come before the London Family Courts.
She is a member of the IAFL (International Academy of Family Lawyers) and ACTAPS (Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Lawyers).
Erica is admitted to practise in England and Wales.
