Kevin specialises in contentious trust and probate disputes and his recent experience includes cases concerning the validity of wills, breach of trust, the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, the removal of executors, rectification of trusts and TLATA. Kevin has experience in working on multi-million pound cases both in the UK and off-shore.
Kevin is a qualified barrister and prior to joining Charles Russell Speechlys spent 4 years practising at a multi-award winning private client Chambers in London.
As well as being called to the Bar of England & Wales, Kevin has also been called to the New York Bar and the Irish Bar.
Kevin is co-author of Parker’s Will Precedents, a leading practitioner’s text on wills.
Kevin also has experience in obtaining urgent interim injunctions in the Interim Applications Court and in dealing with commercial disputes and matters relating to costs.
