Hollie advises individuals and employers on all aspects of employment law, both contentious and non-contentious.
She has experience of dealing with and settling a broad range of Employment Tribunal claims, including unfair dismissal, TUPE and complex discrimination claims.
Her non-contentious experience includes drafting and advising on a wide range of employment contracts, consultancy agreements, company policies and procedures and settlement agreements. Hollie also provides day to day HR support on a range of issues such as redundancy, flexible working and disciplinary and grievance matters.
She regularly writes articles for various publications, speaks at seminars and provides client training.
Hollie is admitted to practise in England and Wales.
