Anisha advises employers and employees on all aspects of UK employment law, including both contentious and non-contentious matters.
Her work includes drafting and reviewing employment-related documentation, including contracts of employment, staff handbooks and settlement agreements. She also advises on grievance and disciplinary procedures, as well as other workplace and termination issues, including negotiating settlement packages on behalf of both employees and employers.
Anisha also advises on employment litigation, including claims relating to unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing.
