She advises contractors, developers and professionals on all forms of dispute resolution including mediation, adjudication, arbitration and High Court litigation, and where necessary has advised clients during the course of a project prior to the crystallisation of a dispute.
Roberta is admitted to practice as a solicitor in England and Wales. Prior to practising as a solicitor, Roberta qualified as a barrister.
- Advising and acting for a high net worth individual in relation to a TCC claim for mechanical and engineering and architectural design defects, together with claims against the contract administrator for lack of procurement and contract advice; the matter also involved advising and acting on behalf of the client in a mediation and subsequent settlement discussions
- Advising and acting on behalf of a contractor in relation to various adjudications concerning extensions of time, loss and expense and payment disputes during the course of the project
- Advising and acting for a developer in an adjudication and in the TCC in relation to the determination of the final account
- Advising and acting on behalf of a contractor in successfully enforcing the decision of an adjudicator in the TCC
