Joanna advises a wide range of clients on all aspects of employment law and has experience in advising on both contentious and non-contentious matters.
Joanna spent a year on secondment at a Global IT Services Company as the sole in-house employment lawyer. During this time, Joanna advised on a broad range of ad hoc employment law queries as well as longer term strategic restructurings, redundancies and TUPE transfers.
Joanna was also responsible for all UK Employment Tribunal claims and for carrying out reviews of Company policies and contracts. As a result of her secondment, Joanna has a good understanding of the business pressures on HR and in-house lawyers and as such, has developed a practical, commercial approach to resolving employment issues.
Joanna is admitted to practise in England and Wales.
