Nadia specialises in all aspects of dry shipping and international trade law with emphasis on oil and soft commodities trading and transportation, marine insurance and international dispute resolution.
She has in depth experience of commercial contracts (including sale and purchase contracts, freight forwarding, and storage and throughput agreements), trade finance, charter parties and bills of lading disputes, as well as joint ventures and international commercial disputes.
Nadia also advises clients on internal policies, including code of conduct, compliance and anti-bribery and anti-corruption policies as well as on sanction and provides tailored in-house training on these and other topics within her expertise. Nadia is a native Russian speaker.
She is qualified as an English solicitor and also admitted as attorney in New York.
