Richard advises on a broad range of property disputes, including both commercial and residential landlord and tenant, as well as real property.
Richard has prepared cases for the County Court, High Court and First-Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) but also assists clients to reach settlement by alternative forms of dispute resolution where appropriate.
He is a member of the Property Litigation Association.
Richard is admitted to practise in England and Wales.

- Advising US tech business on proposed claim for breach of contract for assignment of premises in Central London and negotiating settlement agreement to ensure vacant possession by date required
- Successfully applying for an interim injunction to restrain trespass in connection with a multi-million pound development in Hertfordshire and securing 100 percent costs recovery for client
- Applying to the First-Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) for determination of terms of acquisition on behalf of participating tenants in a strongly contested collective enfranchisement claim and agreeing terms at 10.30pm on the first day of the hearing
