He has a strong record in dispute management and the handling of complex litigation in the Employment Tribunal and High Court.
With his no-nonsense approach, he regularly provides strategic advice on executive and team moves in the face of tightly worded restrictions, regulatory and fiduciary obligations.
He is equally at home pursing or defending applications for injunctive relief should negotiations fail.
Ed’s practice has diversified in recent years and he has a particular interest in senior executive, regulatory and LLP dispute work.
