Beth has experience in both contentious and non-contentious construction and engineering matters.
She is involved with advising and problem solving for a range of clients including international developers and designers, an exclusive hotel chain and a variety of contractors.
Beth provides tailored advice to suit both clients and the industry in which they operate.
Her experience covers both the technical and commercial complexities of construction litigation, and she has worked alongside numerous engineering, quantum and programming experts. She is also familiar with a range of standard conditions such as JCT, NEC and FIDIC, as well as bespoke construction contracts.
Beth carried out a secondment at WS Atkins PLC and gained unique commercial insight into the workings of an international developer and designer, across many specialist fields. She advised the business both from the inception of projects, with front-end contract reviews, during projects using anti-dispute and mediation techniques, and at the conclusion of contracts if they were escalated to arbitration or litigation.
Beth is admitted to practise in England and Wales.
