Joe is a property litigation specialist and advises on all aspects of commercial and residential property related disputes. These include disputes related to landlord and tenant matters, enforcement of covenants, easements and dilapidations.
In addition, Joe advises in relation to professional negligence matters against those in the property sphere.
Joe has a particular interest in property finance disputes. This includes claims based on the mis-selling of financial derivative products, including ‘swaps’, ‘collars’, ‘structured collars’ and ‘caps’.
He also regularly advises in relation to other property lending disputes such as breach of covenant claims and the enforcement of security.
Joe is admitted to practise in England and Wales.
