Thomas advises on all areas of family law, with a particular emphasis on financial claims that arise on divorce, civil partnership dissolution and in cohabitation disputes.
He frequently advises on wealth protection via nuptial, civil partnership and cohabitation agreements.
Separate to financial issues, he advises in all private children law matters, from disputes about parental arrangements and financial claims to the relocation of children across jurisdictions.
He has a great deal of experience in complex cases concerning substantial family wealth and those with an international element, as well as more standard domestic cases.
Thomas is listed in the Citywealth 2015 Future Leaders List, and was shortlisted in the Senior Associate category of the 2014 Jordan’s Family Law Awards. He has contributed articles on contemporary family law issues to publications as diverse as The Times, Farmers Weekly and The Spectator. Thomas is a member of Resolution.
Thomas is admitted to practice in England and Wales.
