Katherine provides advice to individuals and businesses on a wide range of UK immigration issues. She specialises in advising businesses on sponsorship of migrant workers under Tiers 2 and 5 of the Points-Based System and advises employers in relation to their sponsor licence obligations and right to work policies.
Katherine frequently assists high net worth individuals wishing to invest in the UK through the Tier 1 (Investor) route, as well as partners of British and EEA citizens looking to make family-based applications. Katherine’s experience also includes advising individuals wishing to settle in the UK or naturalise as British citizens.
In addition, Katherine also advises on student applications under Tier 4 of the Points-Based System.
Katherine presents and has written articles on a number of immigration law topics. She also assists in providing bespoke in house training to clients on compliance and right to work issues.
