Paul specialises in real estate litigation and has experience in a wide range of property related and landlord and tenant disputes.
He advises on the following areas: commercial and residential possession claims, forfeiture, agricultural tenancies, breach of covenant disputes, lease renewals under Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, dilapidation claims, rent review disputes, break options, boundary disputes, service charge disputes, disputes between property developers and land owners, interruption of right of way/light and actions against trespassers. Paul has significant experience of the enforcement of mortgages on behalf of financial institutions, property related insolvency and disputes arising from property developments and option agreements.
Paul acts for wide range of clients including: banks and mortgagees, landed estates, investment companies, commercial landlords and tenants, national housing developers, managing agents as well as private landlords.
He is a member of the Property litigation Association. Paul is described within the Legal 500 as having “a finely tuned litigation radar”.
