Louise is also a CEDR and ADR accredited mediator.

Louise has an established reputation for assisting clients to achieve their objectives in a timely and cost effective manner whether through negotiation, mediation or litigation.

Recent examples include the successful resolution of a substantial service charge dispute concerning mixed use premises in central London, the recovery of possession of several valuable residential properties originally let on protected tenancies and the conduct of a multi-million pound claim for dilapidations relating to commercial premises in the capital.
