Sangna believes in an integrated approach to estate planning that encompasses cross-border succession law and asset protection considerations, as well as purely tax-driven strategies.
She also acts for the trustees of both UK onshore and offshore trusts, providing both UK tax and English trust law advice.

- Advising non-UK domiciled individuals and their trustees on the various tax and asset protection advantages of trust structures, including the most efficient ways to maintain trust assets and make distributions from trusts
- Providing bespoke pre-immigration tax advice to non-UK domiciled clients who are planning to take up residence in the UK, including structuring and rebasing assets where appropriate
- Producing complex estate plans for multi-jurisdictional families with assets spread across several countries, including advice on cross-border estate tax issues, the interaction of various succession law regimes and the practicalities of coordinating multiple international probates
