Jamie is commercial litigator who handles commercial and corporate disputes as well as providing advice (particularly to inhouse counsel) on contentious and potentially contentious matters.
In addition to his work in the courts, Jamie has experience in arbitration and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) in particular, mediation and expert determination. he also leads the firm's wider debt recovery practice acting for clients in recovering debt domestically and internationally, with a particular focus on high value and disputed debt.
Jamie's specialist interests include claims under the Commercial Agents (Council Directive) Regulations 1993, automotive industry disputes (as part of the wider supply chain industry) and technology disputes.
He was listed as “Star Associate” in Chambers 2015 and has been quoted in both the Financial Times and Irish Times in relation to Bribery Act 2010 issues.
Jamie is admitted to practise in England and Wales.
