Adam Carling

Adam is a partner in the Corporate team, where he advises on a wide range of transactions, including IPOs and M&A, with a particular emphasis on the equity capital markets.

Adam advises companies (listed and private) and brokers across a range of sectors on their financing and transactional requirements, as well as general company law advice.

Adam has particular experience of listed company work and City Code M&A, and recently advised the bid consortium on its acquisition of the remaining stake in London Irish Holdings, by way of a Rule 9 offer.

Adam spent the first half of 2006 on secondment to the London office of Canaccord, working as a corporate finance adviser to a number of AIM companies.

He is a regular speaker on corporate finance topics and a contributor to publications including the International Bar Association's Global Insight and Mining World.

Adam is admitted to practise in England and Wales.
