Glenn specialises in construction, property and real estate development law, and has in-house and private firm experience.
He has advised on a number of large residential, commercial and mixed use developments, the purchase and sale of sports grounds and facilities, hotel management agreements, complex sales and acquisitions for both domestic and international investors and large commercial leasing matters.
Glenn recently worked as in-house counsel for a public transport rail operator in a PPP environment. In this role, he worked on large scale construction contracts, procurement tenders, consultancy agreements, various service and supply contracts and managed ongoing litigation matters. Glenn also would regularly provide general corporate law advice to management of the international operator and detailed advice on the PPP documentation between the operator and the State government.
Glenn is currently studying for his masters degree in law (specialising in construction law) at the University of Melbourne. He has also completed various construction management subjects at a masters level, including Project Management, Project Evaluation, Time Scope & Cost, Risk Evaluation & Assessment and Construction Studies.
