Chokri has extensive experience in international tax planning with an emphasis on corporate and M&A transactions and on the tax structuring of investment funds, particularly in the private equity and real estate sectors and mezzanine debt (including distressed debt).
Chokri advises on direct and indirect tax aspects of primary and secondary private equity and alternative investment transactions from original acquisition through to exit strategy planning as well as management incentive structures and on the structuring of funds management incentive arrangements.
Chokri also offers international tax structuring advice for trust companies, private banks, family offices and individuals with connections in many different jurisdictions.
