Lin’s work has a strong focus on commercial disputes across a broad range of sectors. She has experience of complex multi-jurisdictional and cross-border High Court litigation.
Additionally, Lin has experience of matters involving contentious trusts and estates.
Her current cases include assisting in the defence of a multi-billion dollar fraud and asset recovery claim brought in the Cayman Islands in connection with the administration of Awal Bank BSC in Bahrain.
She is also currently acting for a number of high profile individuals in their claims for breach of privacy and misuse of private information against the publishers of the News of the World, the Mirror, the Sunday People and the People.
Lin is admitted to practise in England & Wales.
