Her experience includes recovering rent arrears and service charges from commercial and residential tenants, acting for landlords and tenants in opposed and unopposed 1954 Act lease renewals and advising on breaches of covenant such as alienation and user provisions.
Chloe’s matters also include possession proceedings (including action against trespassers), serving property notices and advising on tenant insolvency.
She acts for a range of clients including commercial and residential landlords and tenants, developers and not for profit organisations.
