Mark combines in-depth commercial expertise, specialist technology know-how and a highly practical approach to advising clients on a range of matters including IT services agreements, software licensing, cloud outsourcing facilities management, data centres, internet and e-commerce issues.
Mark works across a number of sectors but has particular expertise in advising within financial services and retail.

- Advising infrastructure as a service provider on service agreements and major renewals with international consulting firms, and service providers
- Acting for a multinational company on major facilities management outsourcing agreements, including cleaning and catering supply agreements
- Advising an international investment bank on new trading platforms for high frequency trading
