Nick has specialised for over 25 years in all aspects of media dispute resolution, media litigation and pre-broadcast or pre-publication content clearance. He is widely recognised as a leading practitioner in this area of law.

His practice involves all aspects of contentious media law, especially involving clients in the television industry, including defamation, confidentiality and privacy, harassment, malicious falsehood, data protection, copyright, trade libel and comparative advertising, contempt of court and obscenity.

Nick regularly advises TV broadcasters and sports governing bodies, as well as prominent political and sporting figures, businesspeople and leading cinema, TV and music performers. He is fluent in French.

Nick is admitted to practise in England and Wales.
