Get ready for the Consumer Rights Act

27 August 2015

The Consumer Rights Act (CRA) which constitutes the most significant reform of consumer protection law in a generation is expected to come into force on 1 October 2015 (save for certain provisions that came in on 27 May 2015).

All businesses dealing with consumers will need to review their terms of business as well as educate their staff to ensure compliance with the CRA.
