Should employers be calculating holiday pay differently?

There is clear judicial guidance now that employers who regularly pay overtime, commission and other allowances, should consider whether they are complying with their obligations under Working Time Directive and the Working Time Regulations 1998 when it comes to calculating holiday pay.
