Welcome to the December edition of our biannual PLC Update, aimed at directors and in-house counsel of quoted companies, nomads/brokers and sponsors, and other interested corporate finance professionals and intermediaries.
This is our first PLC Update as Charles Russell Speechlys following our merger, which went live on 1 November.
Our merger brings together two leading London firms with long histories of servicing entrepreneurial businesses, their founders and advisors. Our fundamental ethos is to be the long term trusted adviser to our clients.
In the Corporate group, we now have a combined team of 25 partners and 40 associates and offices in the key financial centres in Europe and the Gulf, including London, Paris, Luxembourg, Zurich, Geneva, Doha and Manama.
We look forward to more opportunities to work with you from our broader platform.
