Hotel Management Agreements - Part 2: The second of the two articles on Hotel Management Agreements. The first looked at the structure of a hotel management agreement and the second examines some of the key issues to consider in relation to the main provisions within a hotel management agreement;

Briefing Note on the New Qatar Real Estate Development Law: This article provides a summary of the main provisions of Law No. 6 of 2014 which is intended to come into force in October 2014. The law governs real estate developments and the sale of off-plan units in Qatar.

Smart Cities: Green Revolution of Mission Control: This article focuses on the development of smart cities and addressing issues such as data protection and a cyber security regulatory framework.
