European Commission opens in-depth investigation into ASL's acquisition of Arianespace

The European Commission has opened an in-depth phase 2 merger investigation to assess the proposed acquisition of Arianespace by Airbus Safran Launchers under the EU Merger Regulation. The European Commission has approved the proposed acquisition of dental equipment supplier Sirona by Dentsply. The decision is conditional on the extension of licensing agreements between Sirona and its current suppliers of computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacturing blocks used in its chairside systems. These systems are used by dentists to manufacture dental prosthetics such as crowns, bridges, veneers and inlays. Click here.
