Acting as lead real estate lawyers, on behalf of Royal Bank of Scotland, in the sale and leaseback of a portfolio of 62 properties to a consortium (the majority being acquired by Telereal). This involved restructuring and then disposing Coutts' long leasehold interest at 440 The Strand, London with The Crown Estate.
Acquisition of the business of 78 public houses from the administrators of Bramwell Pub Company. Acting on the real estate elements of 73 sites across the UK (excluding Scotland).
Acting for a private property company on the acquisition of a multi-tenanted London commercial investment property for circa £40million. Contracts had to be exchanged within 12 working days of receiving instructions - this was achieved due to a dedicated team being in place.
Acting on the acquisition of a portfolio of 21 properties across England and Wales, and we have also recently received instructions to restructure the portfolio in readiness for taking the assets back to market.

Acquisition for an overseas private investor acquiring a landmark City of London investment property.
