Providing the Church Commissioners for England with comprehensive planning advice on residential-led urban extensions in Ashford, Ely, Peterborough and Carlisle, including application strategy, section 106, infrastructure and development agreements.
Advising on the planning agreements for the revised final phase at Regent Quarter, comprising conversion of existing buildings and the erection of new buildings to provide office, restaurant and residential accommodation.
