This area of the law can be complicated.

There are various important issues to grapple with at an early stage, for example: where is the baby being born?  Are there immigration difficulties?  Are you domiciled here?  Is the Surrogacy Agreement acceptable to the English courts?  We are experienced in dealing with all these issues and advising you throughout this process and acting on your behalf in obtaining a parental order.

Careful consideration needs to be given to the type of surrogacy and the surrogate mother’s personal circumstances.  Further, there are specific conditions for the making of the parental order which must be met.

If you are thinking about entering into a Surrogacy Agreement we can navigate you through this process.
