Our specialist team of dental lawyers understand not only the legal issues but also know the unique pressures that dentists face in this time of ever increasing regulation.

Our multi-disciplinary team has extensive experience in acting for both individual practitioners and corporate organisations throughout the UK. We advise our dental clients in all aspects of law including property, regulatory, corporate, employment, intellectual property, competition, and litigation.

Our specific expertise relevant to dental practices includes:

  • sales and purchases of dental practices (asset and share based transactions)
  • CQC requirements
  • dental performance issues
  • NHS contracts: GDS, PDS or PDS Plus
  • associate contracts
  • partnership, shared expense and shareholders agreements
  • judicial review of decisions of regulators.

We also represent clients in professional misconduct and criminal offence claims (including breaches of medicines law and allegations of fraud made by NHS Area Teams, the NHS Counter Fraud Service (NHS Protect), or the General Dental Council).

We are a member of the National Association of Specialist Dental Accountants and Lawyers (NASDAL).
