The role of the Business Development Executive (“BDE”) is to support the Business Development Manager (“BDM”) in the planning, development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns directed at our core client base and to help in the identification and creation of opportunities to win new business.
The role requires a flexible BDE who will primarily support the Business Services Division. This is the largest Division in the firm and consists of our Corporate (including Capital Markets, Private Equity, M&A), Commercial (including Compliance and Data Protection) and Employment, Pension and Immigration groups.
In addition, this role also supports the co-ordination of some of the key geographical areas of focus, most notably Africa and The Caribbean.
There are 31 people in the team. The function is divided into three key areas:

As a ‘go to’ person, providing day to day support to the division, in particular in relation to:
Planning and budgeting
Targeting and networking
Information capture and reporting
Training and best practice
Directory and award submissions
Firm wide initiatives
